Our Jackson Ave project was a complete renovation of a high Victorian private home that had been converted to apartments during the Depression.  Distinctive features include: stained glass windows, flocked wallpaper, grand staircase, and the extended porch required extensive restoration, including all the rails. This Project earned a prestigious Award for Historic Preservation from the LGD Neighborhood Association.
